Review date: October 12, 2026
Scope: Website, EyeQuant platforms, alerts, APIs, MCP connectors, and enabled third-party services.
SERVICE OVERVIEW
Provider: Quantum Software Systems SpA (trading as “Quantsoft”), Chilean tax ID (RUT) 77.634.586-5; registered address in Santiago, Chile. Correspondence: Medio Oriente 831, office 701, Viña del Mar, Chile.
Service: Quantitative analytics and general market information; no fund management or order execution.
Contact: gestion@quantsoft.cl
Documentation: Privacy Policy at https://www.eyequant.ai/privacy.
Important: Integrations with ChatGPT and other MCP clients are optional; their operations depend on each user's permissions and the third party's terms.
These Terms govern the relationship between the EyeQuant provider and the user concerning the services described here. The service's actual operation, the information in the applicable offer, and mandatory rules take precedence over any interpretation that would remove consumer rights.
1. Provider identity and scope
The EyeQuant service is offered under the Quantsoft brand by Quantum Software Systems SpA (“Quantsoft” or the “Provider”), a company incorporated in Chile, RUT 77.634.586-5. Its registered address is in Santiago, Chile; the correspondence address for service matters is Medio Oriente 831, office 701, Viña del Mar, Chile. Email for inquiries, complaints, and notices: gestion@quantsoft.cl; website: https://www.eyequant.ai. If a transaction expressly identifies another entity as the provider, that identity must be disclosed before purchase and will govern that contract.
These Terms cover browsing, registration, free and paid plans, subscriptions, market signals, statistics, watchlists, communications, and features that EyeQuant actually makes available through the web, applications, APIs, and MCP connectors, including those the user authorizes in ChatGPT. The specific and commercial terms of an offer presented at purchase supplement these Terms and prevail in their particular subject matter, provided they do not reduce rights that cannot be waived.
2. Acceptance and user capacity
The user accepts these Terms by completing registration or purchase through the expressly provided acceptance mechanisms. Mere access to public pages is subject to the relevant conditions for using their content, but does not imply acceptance of payment obligations. We will retain the version applicable to purchases insofar as necessary to establish its content and date.
Anyone making a purchase represents that they have legal capacity to do so. Minors may access the service only where the law, the access platform, and authorization from their legal representative permit it. EyeQuant is not directed at children under 13; its signals are not designed to induce investment decisions by minors or replace the involvement of a responsible adult.
3. Stocks, ETFs, and other supported assets
EyeQuant uses statistical models, quantitative analysis, and artificial intelligence techniques to describe trends, patterns, signal states, and historical data concerning financial assets—for example, stocks, ETFs, and other supported assets. It may offer filters, visualizations, indicators, cards, and watchlists. Coverage and availability vary by the plan, market, data, and versions actually enabled.
The content is general, informational, and educational. A signal or classification is not an order, trading instruction, promise of profit, or individual suitability assessment based on the user's financial circumstances. Historical results, backtests, out-of-sample tests, hit rates, and projections do not guarantee future results. Quotes may be delayed, revised, incomplete, or affected by provider errors. Each user should verify material information against other sources and, where appropriate, consult a qualified professional.
EyeQuant does not receive client funds for investment, does not manage portfolios on clients' behalf, and its currently described MCP tools do not execute or transmit buy, sell, or financial-transfer orders.
4. Account, authentication, and security
The user must provide accurate information and keep their email address up to date. The account and its credentials are personal; the account holder must protect access and promptly report any unauthorized use to gestion@quantsoft.cl. EyeQuant may support sign-in using its own password system or federated identity when those methods are enabled.
The user must not provide passwords, verification codes, full card numbers, API keys, or other secrets in prompts to assistants or MCP tool parameters. Quantsoft may apply authentication controls, abuse prevention, reasonable usage limits, and proportionate security measures. It may temporarily restrict access in response to fraudulent activity, serious breaches, or security risks, providing notice where possible and respecting the user's legal rights.
5. Plans, features, and usage limits
Features depend on the current plan, including limits on watchlists, tickers, models, frequency of changes, and read/write tools. Applicable names, prices, and permissions are disclosed before purchase and in the account; a plan's commercial name alone does not imply unlimited availability. Technical limits are enforced on the server, not only in an external client's interface.
The purchased plan does not confer ownership of models, databases, algorithms, or third-party information. Plan changes, add-ons, and new features are governed by their applicable offer and the purchase terms disclosed in advance, without unauthorized charges.
6. Price, billing, renewal, and cancellation
Before confirming a purchase, EyeQuant must display the plan's essential features, total price—including applicable taxes and charges—currency, billing frequency, payment method, duration, renewal rules, any promotional trials, cancellation methods, and material limitations. A user will not be subject to a recurring charge without sufficient information and valid authorization under applicable law.
Payments may be processed by external providers, whose own terms govern payment execution. For renewable subscriptions, the billing frequency, charge date, renewal rule, and effective date of cancellation will be those displayed at purchase and in account management. Cancellation will stop new charges under the disclosed rules and applicable law; paid access may continue until the end of the covered period if this was clearly stated at purchase. No penalties or restrictions contrary to non-waivable rights will apply.
Refunds, withdrawal rights, early termination, and other remedies are governed by the accepted offer and applicable mandatory law, including recognized consumer rights. Nothing here is intended to exclude rights that cannot legally be waived. Purchases and renewals of digital subscriptions take place outside ChatGPT, through the purchasing channels enabled by EyeQuant; the plugin has no checkout and does not initiate digital purchases in the MCP client.
7. Third-party integrations: ChatGPT and MCP clients
The user may link their EyeQuant account to a compatible third-party platform supporting MCP (the “Client”). Activating an integration is voluntary and must use the authentication and permissions required by the current flow. Clients have their own terms, privacy policies, controls, limitations, and availability conditions, which govern the user's relationship with each operator. OpenAI's publication or review of an integration does not mean that OpenAI endorses, verifies, or guarantees EyeQuant signals, returns, or financial decisions.
When an account is linked, the Client may invoke EyeQuant tools on the user's behalf within the granted permissions and plan entitlements. Read-only tools may retrieve profile and plan information, signals, asset history, and watchlists. Available write tools may create lists, rename them, add or remove tickers, and delete lists. The exact availability of these operations depends on the authorized MCP version and the permissions offered by the Client.
The authenticated account determines which information can be viewed or changed. Client access is not a general authorization to act on other accounts or execute financial transactions. Results returned by EyeQuant may become visible in, and subject to, the external Client's message-retention terms; disconnecting the integration does not necessarily delete responses already included in a conversation on that service.
8. Permissions, confirmations, and destructive operations
EyeQuant applies server-side access controls, including permissions to read and, when enabled, modify watchlists. The Client should request only actions related to the purpose expressed by the user. Technical write permission is not unlimited authorization to modify data without context.
To delete a watchlist or perform another potentially destructive action, the request must unambiguously identify the affected list or items and obtain the appropriate informed confirmation before execution. If an instruction is ambiguous (“delete one of my lists”), clarification must be requested before acting. Completed actions may take effect immediately and are not always reversible.
The user may disconnect EyeQuant from a compatible Client and request security assistance at gestion@quantsoft.cl. Disconnection prevents new calls from that Client, but a previously issued technical token may remain valid until it expires or is effectively invalidated. A user who suspects misuse should report it immediately so credentials and access can be assessed for blocking. Disconnection does not, by itself, delete responses already received or stored by the external Client.
9. Permitted use and prohibitions
The user agrees to use EyeQuant lawfully and within the permissions of their account. The following are prohibited: unauthorized access to other accounts; exploitation of vulnerabilities; evasion of limits, payments, or security controls; unauthorized automated bulk extraction; commercial redistribution of databases or signals without authorization; use of tools for fraud, market manipulation, or prohibited transactions; submission of sensitive data, secrets, or third-party information without the right to do so; and interference with infrastructure availability.
Quantsoft may apply proportionate measures for substantiated violations, including temporary suspension, taking account of severity, risk, and legal obligations. The user may request information and submit complaints through the support channel.
10. Financial information, AI, and results
Models may produce false positives, late signals, data gaps, and conflicting results due to changes in markets, calculation windows, coverage, or methodology. Screens may display statistics for limited periods, simulations, and historical results. An out-of-sample result does not eliminate future risk or constitute a guarantee.
Conversational responses generated by third parties, including ChatGPT, may contain summaries or inferences that do not come directly from EyeQuant's structured data. The user should distinguish the model's response from the original data and confirm the date, asset, currency, market, source, and current validity of the information before acting. The availability of the plugin in a software directory must not be taken as regulatory endorsement, performance certification, or financial authorization.
11. Intellectual property and license to use
Intellectual property rights in the software, models, interfaces, trademarks, and the selection and presentation of content belong to Quantsoft or their respective owners. The user receives a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, revocable in the applicable legal and contractual circumstances, to use the available features for the duration of their access.
Results and responses that EyeQuant provides through an MCP-compatible Client may be consulted, stored, copied, displayed, distributed, and transformed by the user of that integration in accordance with the licenses applicable to app responses, including rights to use and create derivative works under the OpenAI Apps Developer Terms where applicable. The Provider grants the permissions needed for that use of responses within the rights it owns or is authorized to license, and will include third-party content only when it has the rights required to distribute it through the integration.
This authorization concerning responses does not transfer ownership of EyeQuant's underlying algorithms, code, models, databases, trademarks, or interfaces; nor does it authorize unlawful access, impermissible bulk extraction, or separate resale of the API or protected databases. Original information supplied by the user remains theirs under applicable law and agreements. The user grants Quantsoft the permissions needed to host, process, and return that information in providing the service. Operators of external Clients process responses under the terms accepted by the user with them.
12. Privacy, confidentiality, and communications
Personal-data processing is described in the EyeQuant Privacy Policy, available at https://www.eyequant.ai/privacy. Permissions granted to an MCP Client and transmitted results may include account and watchlist data depending on the tool chosen; before connecting, the user should review information from both platforms.
Strictly operational communications—such as those concerning security, access, and billing—are separate from commercial emails. Promotional communications will be sent only in accordance with the legal bases and consent or opt-out mechanisms required by law. The user may update their preferences or request removal through the stated support channel.
13. Third parties and service availability
Service provision may depend on market-data, cloud, email, payment, identity, or AI providers outside Quantsoft's control. Maintenance, outages, changes to data sources, latency, and provider limits may occur. We will endeavor to report material interruptions and reasonably correct errors, without promising continuous availability or absolute accuracy of prices or signals.
An external integration may be suspended if its operator changes requirements, withdraws permissions, or the integration does not pass technical reviews. In that case, rights under a purchased plan and alternative means of access will be handled under the offer and applicable law.
14. Support, complaints, and incident resolution
Questions about accounts, permissions, security, subscriptions, errors, and termination requests may be sent to gestion@quantsoft.cl. The company will endeavor to respond promptly and provide clear ways to correct service errors or exercise remedies established by law. Consumers retain the right to contact competent authorities or bodies in their jurisdiction.
15. Liability and consumer protection
EyeQuant does not guarantee returns or absolute availability. Users are responsible for their investment decisions, without prejudice to the Provider's applicable legal obligations concerning truthful information, security, service fitness, contractual performance, or consumer protection.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quantsoft is not liable for losses arising exclusively from investment decisions made by a user based on informational data, or for interruptions attributable exclusively to third parties beyond its control. This clause does not exclude liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence where liability cannot be waived, personal injury, legal violations, or damages whose exclusion is prohibited. It also does not limit legally recognized consumer guarantees or remedies.
16. Suspension, account closure, and effects
The user may request account closure or termination of their contract through the available channels, subject to validly accrued payment rights and obligations. Quantsoft may suspend or terminate for a material breach, fraudulent use, security risks, or a legal requirement, using proportionate measures and giving notice when reasonably and legally possible. Subsequent processing of data, including legally required records, is described in the Privacy Policy.
Termination does not make Quantsoft the custodian of results stored on third-party platforms: the user must manage their conversation, files, or external copies under the relevant Client's terms.
17. Changes to the service and these Terms
Updates may respond to security, regulatory rules, integrations, improvements, or product changes. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated with reasonable advance notice by email or prominent notice where required and will apply prospectively, without removing acquired rights or permitting charges without consent. Where the law requires it, we will obtain renewed express acceptance before changes become binding.
18. Governing law, jurisdiction, and non-waivable rights
These Terms are interpreted under Chilean law insofar as legally applicable. Disputes will be heard by courts or bodies with legal jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumers' right to use courts, consumer-protection bodies, data-protection authorities, or mandatory complaint mechanisms available in their country. No choice of forum stated here deprives a user of protections that the law does not allow to be excluded.
19. Effective version, entire agreement, and contact
The current version will be available at https://www.eyequant.ai/terms. These Terms are supplemented by the information in the accepted offer and the Privacy Policy; in the event of a conflict with mandatory rules, those rules prevail. If one provision is invalid, the others remain valid where they can reasonably continue to apply.
